Talking with your adopted child about birth families can be overwhelming for a parent; not knowing how to start a conversation, not knowing if you will have all the answers, or being nervous about your child’s response. Included are some ideas and suggestions on how to have these, sometimes tough, conversations with your child and strengthen the bond you have with them.
