Reggie and Becky Bicha Public Service Announcement
The Foster Care and Adoption Resource Center, in partnership with the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families, has created a recruitment radio campaign featuring Secretary of Wisconsin Department of Children and Families Reggie Bicha and his wife Becky, who are former foster parents. The ad will be aired on Wisconsin Radio Network throughout the year. Agencies or radio stations who would like to use the ad as a public service announcement are welcome to download the (zipped) file from the link at the top of this paragraph.
